Andrea, who is still working in retirement, is the owner of Sage Coach, Inc.. An expert in leadership and entrepreneurship, Andrea brings 41 years of business experience to her work. She works with C-level executives, movers and shakers in Human Resources, entrepreneurs, and all leaders. She is the author of An Entrepreneur's Trail Guide and Play to Your Strengths. She has been a Master Certified Coach since 2003, and loves facilitating her OK1 Team. She is an avid reader, a desert hiker, and an amateur watercolor artist.
Jennifer is the owner of Radiant Star Enterprises. She has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years, successfully building several businesses, brick and mortar as well as virtual, and enjoys helping other entrepreneurs create healthy, prosperous businesses. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through International Coach Federation (ICF), a licensed Living Your Vision® Coach, a Certified Coach Mentor (CMC), and an ordained Spiritual Counselor. She is an experienced group facilitator, faculty leader, coach mentor and executive coach at InviteChange™, a coach training and leadership development organization (since 2000). Supplemental accreditation include Core Value Index™ , SoulCollage®, Expressive Arts®, Voice Dialogue and PSYCH-K® and other modalities that support holistic living and authentic leadership. As an artist and mystic, Jennifer loves to weave creativity and magic into all aspects of her work with others.
My name is Sara Wiener and I am a certified executive function coach servicing the Bend, Oregon area. As an experienced social worker, educator, and certified Executive Functions instructor, I work with young people, adults, couples, and families from all walks of life. Children with ADHD, high functioning autism, and adults and couples with ADHD are my specialty. My classes are geared towards helping you, your child or spouse develop the essential skills for overcoming organizational and time-management challenges. I am the owner of Joanne Matthews Consulting. I worked for Charles Schwab for 17 years in product development, marketing, executive administration, sales management. Most recently I was National Vice President of Schwab Advisor Network, a program that refers wealthy individuals to highly select independent investment advisors. This was a wonderful opportunity that enabled me to take my leadership and communication skills to the next level. I have a BA in Economics from UCLA, and an MBA in Marketing and Market Research from UC Davis.
Matt Briggs is a Financial Consultant and Contract CFO. With a background in finance and economics and experience as the VP of Finance and Operations at Picky Bars, he has the tools needed to help small business owners understand the financial side of their business. Targeting small companies, he is uniquely situated to help companies that are at a stage where they are still too small to need or afford a full-time CFO but too big to go without financial management. He specializes in strategy, business modelling, cash flow, reporting, and analysis. In his spare time, Matt is a cross-country skier, runner, cyclist, and home-improvement hobbyist.

After zigzagging between careers in the non-profit world, the corporate world, and raising two kids, Katharine landed in Bend and launched Mountain Valley Co. to help big-hearted professionals across the US consciously adapt to the peaks and valleys of modern life, while nurturing their strategic vision. With a BA in religion from Dartmouth College and a MA in social-organizational psychology from Columbia University, Katharine combines real-life expertise with warmth, intellect, and playfulness. Her practice is informed by her studies of adult learning, creativity, systems-thinking and neuroscience, and she draws endless inspiration from the Arts and the natural world.
I am the owner of Denise Bestwick Consulting. A 30 year career in the life sciences has provided me with many opportunities for learning, leadership and growth. While holding senior management positions in several companies I demonstrated strong fiscal management, strategic growth management, and creative problem-solving skills plus the ability to thrive in challenging situations. I have readily navigated the regulatory compliance requirements of both the FDA and EPA, in manufacturing, laboratory operations and services, as well as international standards such as ISO 9001. I have created and worked with multiple quality management systems where I embraced the spirit of continual improvement in all aspects of business management, especially with respect to improving operational efficiencies. Mentoring and developing agile teams has been the foundation of my success and the highlight of my career.
Angelika is owner of Blue-Sky-Coach, a new Life and Leadership coaching business in Bend. She has lived here since 2007, having moved from Portland where she was born and raised. After earning her MBA, Angelika worked in international logistics. After children arrived - together with her husband, started Bend Trend Homes - builders of high end contemporary homes in Tetherow. Angelika earned her Certificate in Leadership Coaching last year through the Georgetown School of Continuing Studies Institute of Transformational Leadership. She believes that in addition to leader oneself, we are all leaders in various, ever changing roles of our lives and that designing the life we want starts with developing our own leadership qualities. She is looking forward to working with coaching clients both locally and globally.
