Rob Hambleton is the Branch Manager and Business Partner for BBSI of Central Oregon – an HR services company designed to help businesses with payroll, HR, Risk & Safety and Business Consulting Services.
Rob moved to Oregon in 2002 after a successful Fortune 500 career as a Finance Director for Ford, Kodak, and Dell. Rob was immediately immersed in several community and small business development efforts and in that same year he also started his training company, Soul Canyon Training & Development which has been putting on live and online training programs across the US and Canada for nearly two decades. In 2016, he partnered with BBSI to offer training courses to small business owners in key skill areas for owners and employees. Rob’s passion for small business and entrepreneurship comes initially from working in the family construction business while growing up. Rob also sees that small businesses form the backbone of our economy, but they need certain skills and resources if they are to be sustainable.
Rob has an MBA and undergraduate degrees in Management and Finance from the University of Utah and holds several training certifications in gamification and content development.
I have been working in sales and marketing for the past 10 years, mainly in the telecommunications industry. My roles have typically been customer facing, relationship building and community driven. I transferred from Colorado with my company at the end of February 2020 to assume my current position with Bend Broadband. I am excited to get involved with this community and all it has to offer.

As a fifth-generation Oregonian, I was fortunate to land back on home turf to help grow Algofy in Central Oregon following 3 years of development in Barcelona. I spend my working hours making sure our clients and team have the tools and support they need to actualize the opportunities that exist in digital marketing. Outside of work, you can find me on a trail, lake, or rock wall.
My name is Caitlin Sims and I am the Branch Manager for Washington Trust Bank. I've been a part of the Central Oregon community for the past nine years, all in branch banking. I have over 12 years banking experience, six of them in management.
I am part Creative Director, Manager of Open Space Event Studio and work part time as a producer for The Call to Create Podcast, Patronage Films and Central District Investments, LLC. I am also an independent creative and board member with Desert Diamond Productions—a newly formed women led arts and entertainment nonprofit.
I am the Executive Director of Central Oregon Trail Alliance (COTA), a regional nonprofit with a mission to develop, protect, and enhance the Central Oregon mountain bike experience through trail stewardship, advocacy, collaboration, and education. I have a t-shirt that says "Ask me about trails" because all I talk about is trails! When I'm not working you can find me...you guessed it...out on a trail!
