I have an extensive background in manufacturing & management for the last 35 years. I have demonstrated the ability to cut costs and improve efficiencies. Helped companies with change management and strategic leadership.
I have also projected managed the construction of several buildings, done facility layouts and helped improve process flow with Lean Manufacturing.
I am the Executive Vice President of Leading Edge Flight Academy which helps launch aviation careers for aspiring airplane and helicopter pilots. My background is in finance and investment management which lead me to a passion for working for and with growth companies. I love developing processes, operational and financial systems, business development, strategic planning, and sales. I joined OK in order to better learn to serve our people, both employees and customers.
