It’s rare that someone finds their passion at such a young age and follows it dogmatically, unwilling to be diverted by adolescent whims. But just like her images, Michelle stayed focused. She got accepted at the USC Cinema and eventually landed a job at National Geographic/Sony, Monterey Bay Aquarium, BBC, and became a media teacher. For over ten years, she’s owned Wahoo Films. Michelle’s genuine passion for her clients is evident in the videos she produces for them.

Suzanne Bell

Suzanne has more than 20 years of experience working with some of the world’s biggest brands. She’s worked extensively in healthcare, high-tech and consumer industries. Her career extended ultimately to consumer products where she honed her skills in brand storytelling, competitive positioning, and content strategy as a regular partner with Nike Brand North America and Nike's various brands such as Jordan. She's a copywriter by trade and, in her downtime, an adjunct professor for local colleges, including COCC. She owns Bell Marketing Group (BMG), a full-service marketing and branding agency with core competencies in marketing and branding strategy, creative copywriting, public relations and digital content.

Melissa Tugmon

Simply an artist at heart, Melissa loves the outdoors and finds inspiration in the raw beauty of nature. She grew up in the wild Alaskan wilderness and holds a special place in her heart for all things untamed. She is most passionate about the creative arts, cultivating community and helping others -- so she built a business around it. At Inspired Melissa, she gets to work with inspired professionals whose businesses are fueled by a passion to serve. Her services include launching new businesses, branding, graphic design, website development, and project management. Melissa also manages the Northwest Crossing Saturday Farmers Market, she sits on the Board of Directors for Bend ConnectW, and she leads local women's groups.

I am the founder of Persuasion Research, which was started here in Bend 10 years ago. I have a Master's in Organizational Psychology and have spent my 20+ year career understanding consumer wants, needs, perceptions, and decision making and applying those insight to business opportunities.

As a brand design specialist, positioning consultant and creative agency owner, Chris has helped many others bring their brands to market. Inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of his startup clients, he's looking to take a stab at a product line of his own.

Along with his wife Linda they have over the years developed positioning for a healthy snack company (LoloLuv Kitchen) and formulated an initial product offering (Griffanola) which they are finally ready to bring to the local Bend market as a proof of concept.

Justine’s background in marketing and the creative field has been extensive. Before founding Just By Design in 2001, she worked as the Creative Director for Beard Frame Shops. Justine oversaw all digital and printed materials for the custom framing corporation and working closely with the Marketing Team on the strategy for the business. She used all the marketing knowledge she gained over those years to start her own business which focused on creating websites and marketing collateral for small businesses. This has grown into a full-fledged digital marketing agency servicing national clients. Justine’s passion for over twenty years has been working with clients from around the country, providing them with the knowledge and the tools to engage with their customer base online.
