Jen co-founded Jem Organics, a purpose-centered food manufacturing business. Jen was the CEO for 10 years and helped grow the company to $900K in annual revenue before she decided to sell the majority shares to partners that would be able to fund the growth and take over the day-to-day operations. After 10 years, Jen was ready to take her experience from the school of hard knocks and great success to others in the industry.
Jen is currently a BizDev consultant for a women-owned company and acts as a coach to several small business start-ups, which is Jens sweet spot.
Jen is honored to be an OK facilitator for the OK 6 (FaB; Food and Beverage) group, where she brings support, compassion, and practical industry experience and wisdom to the members.
I'm the founder of Voilà,makers of specialty instant coffee. Originally from Atlanta with a background in film, I fell in love with coffee once I moved to Bend. I dove head-first into the world of specialty coffee and founded Voilà to reinvent instant.
I am co-owner of Compassion Kombucha with my husband Casey Bergh. We launched in the summer of 2018 after 8 years of home brewing. As a former high school biology/health teacher and Casey a civil engineer, it’s pretty amazing that our journey has led us into the kombucha industry. But here we are! When I am not out selling or sampling kombucha you can probably find me herding chickens and our 3 young kiddos on our little hobby farm.

I'm one of 3 owners of Magic Number. I work at Magic Number part-time and do a little bit of everything for the business.
A former Head of Growth for a variety of tech startups, Jessie quit it all to hike the Pacific Crest Trail in 2017. She now spends her days running (and growing) Next Mile Meals, a backpacking meal company born out of her own need for healthy (and delicious) meals on that trek.
I am the founder of Dry Canyon Salt Company, a gourmet wine salt company. We are committed to the success of the home cook by providing a high quality, easy to use, tasty product. I have been in the food service / hospitality industry for over thirty years. I recognized that most people want to cook delicious meals for friends and families, but are intimidated by long ingredient lists and "strange" spices. I created wine salt blends to inspire creativity in the kitchen and to bring out everyone's inner chef.
As a brand design specialist, positioning consultant and creative agency owner, Chris has helped many others bring their brands to market. Inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of his startup clients, he's looking to take a stab at a product line of his own.
Along with his wife Linda they have over the years developed positioning for a healthy snack company (LoloLuv Kitchen) and formulated an initial product offering (Griffanola) which they are finally ready to bring to the local Bend market as a proof of concept.
