Dominic has a 20+ year career in helping brands with development and execution of Product, Packaging, Brand and Marketing strategies. The results of his work have engaged new target customers, increased market share and driven product innovation for large CPG, Direct Market and Start-up companies. In addition, Dominic has 16 years of experience with Harry & David where he was responsible for all Product Development and Branding for 3 national brands, 3 e-commerce platforms and 250 retail stores as well as wholesale and B2B sales channels. Dominic manages his own consulting and project services company (DeMaria Consulting) where he collaborates and integrates into organizations, solves problems and helps companies grow and achieve their goals.
Jen is the owner of Jem Raw Organics
I'm the founder of Voilà,makers of specialty instant coffee. Originally from Atlanta with a background in film, I fell in love with coffee once I moved to Bend. I dove head-first into the world of specialty coffee and founded Voilà to reinvent instant.
I am co-owner of Compassion Kombucha with my husband Casey Bergh. We launched in the summer of 2018 after 8 years of home brewing. As a former high school biology/health teacher and Casey a civil engineer, it’s pretty amazing that our journey has led us into the kombucha industry. But here we are! When I am not out selling or sampling kombucha you can probably find me herding chickens and our 3 young kiddos on our little hobby farm.
Shanna Koenig Camuso is the Founder and CEO of Gather Nutrition LLC, a plant based food company offering activated nuts, seeds, and granola. She is a graduate of Bauman College, a Certified Nutrition Consultant, and certified in Plant Based Nutrition. Prior to entering the food industry, she was the President of ZM Consulting, Inc., working in government affairs and communications for more than 18 years in Colorado. Her expertise was in project and account management, coalition building, grassroots organization, and message and policy development. Shanna has been vegetarian since she was 19 and vegan for nearly 15 years. She loves her rescue pup, has a daughter and is married to an Architect.
I am the co-owner of Food For the Sole, in partnership with my son. I moved to Bend 23 years ago, and a love of the forest and hiking plus a belief that people should be able to eat well, anytime and anyplace led me to build a company offering great tasting wholesome meals for all outdoor adventurers. Prior to launching the business in 2018, I spent nearly 20 years at the local community college in administration in a variety of capacities and, as an avid life-long learner, appreciated the numerous educational opportunities afforded by that organization.
I am the founder of Dry Canyon Salt Company, a gourmet wine salt company. We are committed to the success of the home cook by providing a high quality, easy to use, tasty product. I have been in the food service / hospitality industry for over thirty years. I recognized that most people want to cook delicious meals for friends and families, but are intimidated by long ingredient lists and "strange" spices. I created wine salt blends to inspire creativity in the kitchen and to bring out everyone's inner chef.
