I work with early to middle stage businesses to develop and realize their visions. Starting with a holistic understanding of the organizational characteristics of the business and their key challenges, I evaluate the business framework and develop a plan to address identified system gaps. If there are training and educational needs, I will create curricula/programs to meet the agreed upon goals. Developing a strong, flexible team to meet the challenges of growth and change is paramount in my work. The guidance I provide is anchored primarily by a commitment to continual learning, adaptation and improvement; a strategic mindset that quickly assesses risk and consequences to facilitate the careful management of change and growth; and building relationships and collaborating with talented people.
