Julie N. Lyche has lived and worked in Central Oregon for more than 20 years and has been the Executive Director of the Family Access Network (FAN) since 2003. She has worked with community agencies for over 25 years as a funder and agency provider, focusing on issues involving children and families.

Kecia has been the Executive Director of Camp Fire Central Oregon since 2013. Previously she was in the business sector for 20+ years managing small businesses in the investment and photography industries. She is enjoying applying her business expertise to breathe new life into the organization and revitalize and grow its programs and outreach in the community.

Diane is executive director of Healthy Beginnings, a nonprofit that provides free health and developmental assessments of families with children under the age of five. She has 20 years as a social worker in both New York and Oregon, and prior to Healthy Beginnings was an executive leadership coach helping organizations build thriving teams. She has lived in Bend for 5 years with her family and enjoys skiing, hiking and travel.

In 2000 Chloe moved from her native France to Bend to get married and apply the sales and marketing degrees she had recently earned from colleges in France and England. She was lucky to be the first intern at the High Desert Museum, an experience which paved the way for her non profit career . Since those early days, she has worked for Deschutes Children's Foundation, the Environmental Center, Commute Options. She took time off to raise her boys and travel the world and currently works with ReachAnother Foundation.

Since April 2013, I have served as executive director of the Warm Springs Community Action Team (WSCAT), leading WSCAT’s 10-person staff and working with the WSCAT board, the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs (CTWS) tribal government, and community partners to promote community development on the Warm Springs Reservation. Before coming to Warm Springs, I served as a senior analyst at the Administration for Native Americans (ANA) in Washington DC, evaluating nearly 100 community-based projects implemented by Native American tribes and nonprofits, including over 40 economic development projects. I have also served as a consultant, researcher, and evaluator for various U.S. and international NGOs; as a grant proposal writer and project manager at a New Hampshire agricultural education center; as a US Army lieutenant, and as an ESL instructor. I have a bachelor’s degree in history and government from Claremont McKenna College and Master’s degree in sustainable development from the School for International Training in Brattleboro, VT, and have worked or studied in Nepal, South Korea, Germany, Guatemala, and Saudi Arabia. I live in Bend with my wife Hanako and my dog Dewey.

Pat Addabbo is the Executive Director of Oregon Adaptive Sports. Pat has a degree in Outdoor Leadership and has been working full time in the with adaptive sports organizations since 2008 first in the Washington, D.C., area, then Colorado, and now with OAS in Bend since 2016. Pat believes that access to the outdoors is critical to leading a full and thriving life and is working to continue to raise awareness of and breakdown the barriers that prevent many underrepresented populations from enjoying this healthy and quality of life enhancing pursuit. Pat has a background in leadership through the outdoors and formerly worked as a mountain sports photographer, skills which he utilizes to capture and showcase the OAS mission in action.

Christen is a PT and the Executive Director of Treehouse Therapies. She has worked in various treatment settings, including private practice, hospital, home, and school settings. She also has experience with aquatic and hippotherapy. Christen earned a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona California and a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communication from Portland State University, Portland, Oregon.

Katrina grew up on a cherry farm in Eastern Oregon. She is the Founder of the regional nonprofit, High Desert Food & Farm Alliance, and co-Founder of the state-wide nonprofit, Oregon Community Food Systems Network. She is now the Owner of Ensoterra, a consulting business which supports resilient and sustainable natural systems for individuals and rural communities.
