2018 Professional Development Courses co-hosted with OSU-Cascades:

Principles of Leadership with Dr. Rod Ray

Four Sessions: Tuesdays January 23 – February 13 from 4 to 7pm at OSU Cascades
Join Dr. Rod Ray for an interactive course on the Principles of Leadership. Dr. Ray will share what he learned during 20 years as President and CEO of Bend Research, easily one of Bend’s most iconic and successful businesses. Bend Research is a leader in the pharmaceutical development technology industry and was recently acquired by Capsugel in one of Bend’s largest acquisitions ever. Course topics include:  principles of leadership, change, change management, strategy and operational excellence.

Here’s what former students say about the class:
“I used information from each class with my team the very next day. Rod had a way of knowing what I needed to learn and helped me apply it to my business.”

“I’ve read a lot on leadership and attended a lot of training, but Rod’s class brought the critical elements of leadership–the emotional intelligence of the leader, the vision and the tools–all together in story form from his own fascinating experience. Exceptionally helpful!”
