I work with youth and their parents on developing time-management, planning and organization skills, otherwise known as, Executive Functioning Skills. Did you know our brains aren’t actually fully developed until age 25-30. Well, Executive Functioning Skills are the last to emerge, so no wonder kids are constantly being nagged to to stop procrastinating, finish their homework, and turn it in. After taking my classes, kids, along with their parent’s support, will have the strategies to overcome these challenges.
