The Council on Aging of Central Oregon is a public benefit non-profit organization established in 1975. We are one of 17 Area Agencies on Aging (AAA) in the state of Oregon; our service area includes Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson counties. Our mission is to advocate for seniors and persons with disabilities so that they may continue to live independently, with dignity, while remaining safe and secure in their own homes; enjoying the highest quality of life possible. Services offered through the Council include Meals on Wheels, Congregate Dining at local Senior Centers, Case Management, Options Counseling, Caregiver Support, Respite and In-Home Services, Health Promotion Classes, Transportation, as well as an Information and Referral Network.
