Noelle Fredland

Noelle Fredland is a marketing professional with over 25 years of experience. She most recently retired in 2020 from her role as marketing director of the Old Mill District and the Les Schwab Amphitheater. She is passionate about brand, community, service and culture and has a varied experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, tourism and entrepreneurship. Founder of the Bend JOY Project.

Stacey McCann
Stacey McCann

Dr. McCann is a co-founder and senior partner at BioPharma Resource Group. She brings with her a strong analytical aptitude and unique blend of scientific and clinical knowledge and practical commercial experience with more than 16 years of experience as a senior consultant serving a variety of pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. She has extensive experience conducting KOL physician primary research and is an expert at integrating analyses from primary and secondary research to determine the future marketplace. She received her Ph.D. in Cancer Biology from Stanford University Medical School and her B.A. in Microbiology from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Natalie Dent
Natalie Dent

Natalie Dent has 25 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations, influencer relations, social media marketing, product marketing and launches, content creation, events, sales, and project management. Currently, she is the PR & Marketing Manager for G5, a Bend-based Saas company. Her responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive communications strategies to expand G5's reputation in the marketplace, while also supporting demand generation efforts. Natalie is also the chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee.

Ruth Williamson
Ruth Williamson

I am principal of Ruth Williamson Consulting. I have lived in Bend for 25+ years and have a deep affection for this landscape, and for this community. I have worked closely alongside civic and non-profit agencies with a passion for collaboration and connection. Additionally, I have served in elected leadership and volunteered on numerous boards. I have a 'crush' on Bend, Oregon.

Shelly Smith
Shelly Smith

Shelly Smith currently serves as a Senior Management Analyst with the City of Bend with a portfolio of projects focused on social and human services. For over 30 years, Shelly worked within the nonprofit sector and holds a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. She spent her high school years in Bend and returned in 2008 to serve as KIDS Center's Executive Director until joining the City of Bend in the Fall of 2019.

Stephanie Senner

Stephanie Senner joined Suterra in 2018 as Marketing Director. Stephanie first joined Opportunity Knocks in 2013 as Director of Business Marketing for BendBroadband. Before moving to Bend, Stephanie spent eleven years in Marketing management with EarthLink Business in Vancouver, Washington and several years as a technical writer in the national and civil defense industries.

Heather Johnson
Heather Johnson

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Heather Johnson moved to Bend in 1997 to fulfill a dream of living where she had vacationed. A fourth-generation Oregonian with an accounting degree from University of Oregon, Heather’s professional and personal lives have revolved around her passion for this great state and all that it has to offer. She began her career with Deloitte & Touche before following her passion for marketing and sales and eventually took the lead as sales and marketing director for Bend Living magazine in 2004. Heather co-founded 1859 Oregon’s Magazine in 2008, and today serves as owner and CEO for Oregon Media, overseeing the production of many publications including the company’s flagship periodical, Bend Magazine. When she isn’t meeting with clients, managing company operations or strategizing for the future, Heather loves to ski, golf, hike and spend time with her friends and family, including her husband Ross and their children, Hannah and Fletcher. Heather is also involved in many community events and organizations, including serving on the board of directors of Oregon Adaptive Sports.

Carrie Eacker
Carrie Eacker

Carrie Eacker is the Director of Operations and Marketing for Cascade Financial Strategies (CFS), a Fee-Only Financial Planning and Investment Management Firm in Bend, OR. Carrie's background includes data integration and e-commerce software sales, residential real estate and small business consulting. She loves spreadsheets and numbers as much as she loves developing relationships with clients. With roots all over the country, when she landed in Bend, she knew she had come home. Carrie loves spending time with her husband and three kids and adventuring through Central Oregon, discovering all the beauty it has to offer.

Shelby Little

Shelby Little is a creative storyteller that writes personal essays about motherhood and growing up in the South. She also applies her storytelling skills to her Bend-based marketing agency, Yarrow Creative, where she works with clients to tell their best brand stories across video, web, social and mass media.

Laura Breit
Laura Breit

Laura Breit, PE, LEED AP, is the Managing Principal and CEO of ColeBreit Engineering, a mechanical and electrical engineering firm located in Bend and Corvallis, Oregon and Monterey, Napa, and Santa Cruz, California. Laura established ColeBreit in 2013 with three employees and has since grown the firm to a professional staff of 50. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She is an LEED Accredited Professional and is deeply committed to serving her community. Laura sits on the board of Growing Tree Children’s Center and the Deschutes Children’s Foundation.
