Growing up in Central Oregon with a single parent that always had a tough time getting by and usually working normal jobs put me on the path to getting a good job with good benefits and hoping for the raise a few times a decade. Until two years ago I started meeting people in this business of real estate and who were truly living a life by design while being able to help people along the way. Once I saw this I went on a non stop rampage of devouring information about real estate investing. This lead to the idea of hey, why not become a real estate broker? And now here I am, a broker with Keller Williams Central Oregon. My passion that has helped to endure the pain of starting this career is the ability to help people and myself improve there lives through the vehicle of real estate.
I'm the owner and president of My Ground - Design / Build. I've been working in the trades since 1989 and I earned my first contractor license in 1996. I built this company in a small town in California. In the spring of 2018 I moved to Bend and have been rebuilding my business here.
Blake is the CEO of Rickety Roo, Inc. RicketyRoo works with small to medium sized businesses to get them better visibility online. Services include local SEO, social media marketing, pay per click advertising, inbound marketing, and website design.
Kevin is the Owner of WebCyclery and WebSkis. He loves riding new trails and is slowly becoming a better bike handler. He has a coupled Moots that he can't wait to take to Europe again. He loves the big climbs, although he is definitely built better for going down them. His mountain bikes keep getting more and more travel, and he's actually riding them more too.
Todd is the Owner, New Era Homes, which builds semi-custom homes on land owned or newly purchased by our customers. Our approach is different than other builders. Rather than advertise a basic home and upsell options to make up margin we include other builders options in our standard product.
