OK teams succeed because of our careful placement of each individual member. We work with you and our facilitators to find the best fit on a team where you will receive the peer mentorship, insight and support you are looking for.

Membership Requirements

  • Attendance at a 2-3 hour monthly team meeting that is collaborative and dynamic
  • Willingness to receive mentorship – but also to give mentorship back to the team
  • A commitment to confidentiality; information shared is private and confidential
  • Openness to accountability
  • Motivation to long-term participation based on team member bonds that will be forged

Annual Dues

OK is a 501 (c) 6 nonprofit organization. We believe in supporting the Central Oregon community and the economic development throughout the region. We take pride in offering our service and support at a fraction of the cost of most professional development programs.

Annual membership ranges from $550 to $1,500 per year, depending on factors like company size, revenue, and employee structure. We tailor this during your initial conversations and application process to make sure it’s the right fit for you and your organization.

We also try to make it easy — members can choose to pay monthly, so it’s a simple, manageable commitment that fits your budget.
