Affton Coffelt is the founder and CEO of Broken Top Brands, a Bend-based lifestyle company known for its sustainable, gender-neutral home and body products. As a single mom of three, Affton built her business from the ground up with grit, heart, and a deep commitment to creating clean, accessible goods. She’s passionate about community, entrepreneurship, and empowering women to lead with authenticity. When she’s not running her company, you’ll find her paddleboarding, adventuring with her kids, or cheering on fellow founders.
Vice President - Bob Urban
Bob Urban is a seasoned executive and the Chief Operating Officer at Bridge Masters Inc., a leading provider of under-bridge utility solutions across North America. With extensive experience in senior leadership roles, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic expertise to his position. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, equipping him with a strong foundation in both technical and business leadership.
Treasurer - Cory Allen
Cory J. Allen is a senior vice president and team leader responsible for managing Washington Trust’s Central Oregon commercial banking portfolios and branch leadership. He offers over 20 years of commercial banking experience in the Central Oregon region specializing in underwriting complex, customized credit structures, business development and career development. As a team leader, Cory is committed to building Washington Trust’s Central Oregon presence, developing and managing a team of dedicated banking professionals and ensuring each client is given an exceptional level of service.
Board Chair - Georell Bracelin
Georell Bracelin is the visionary founder and lead strategist behind Relativity Agency, a full-service branding, marketing, and creative design firm known for turning bold ideas into unforgettable brand experiences. With a reputation as a trusted leader in the marketing world, Georell has played a pivotal role in launching successful businesses and guiding both emerging and established brands toward deeper, more meaningful connections with their audiences.
Driven by a passion for storytelling and strategy, Georell is a true connector—of people, ideas, and purpose. She believes in the power of authentic relationships, not only between brands and their customers but also within the communities where we live, work, and grow. Her mission: to use brand as a force for good, fostering business success and community impact. Georell currently serves as Chair of Opportunity Knocks, where she has been a passionate leader for over 15 years, including seven years as President and long-standing service on the board of directors.
Secretary - Tye Gonser
Tye is an attorney at Weinberg Gonser LLP where he represents clients that are diverse in all respects, spanning growth-companies, start-ups, numerous female founded and led enterprises, family offices, active and retired professional athletes, entertainers, and other highly visible creatives. The commonality is that they are all people who want more than the traditional legal counsel experience and value authentic relationships.
Board Controller - Jordan Shouse
Jordan Shouse is a Certified Public Accountant and Partner at Callan Accounting CPAs & Advisors, LLC where she specializes in providing comprehensive tax, accounting, and advisory services to small and medium-sized businesses across a range of industries. With over 10 years of experience, Jordan works closely with business owners and leadership teams on everything from entity structuring and tax planning to cash flow optimization. Her consultative approach helps clients make informed decisions that drive growth and long-term value.
Jordan has lived in Central Oregon for over 20 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring the outdoors. Jordan is passionate about lifelong learning and supporting local community initiatives.
Membership Officer - Eli Libby
Eli Libby is a serial entrepreneur and coach with a passion for building purpose-driven businesses that create real impact. He is the co-founder of ResetOS, a clarity operating system that helps coaches and leaders realign with their purpose and lead with intention. With a track record of launching and scaling companies, Eli brings strategic thinking, creativity, and heart to every project, including his service as the membership director board seat at Opportunity Knocks.
Events Officer - Don Paumier
Don Paumier is a seasoned business advisor and strategist based in Bend, Oregon, with over two decades of experience in commercial insurance, business consulting, and workforce development. He is the founder of Paumier Strategic Solutions, where he has guided organizations through succession planning, leadership development, and operational improvements. Don is deeply engaged in the Central Oregon community, currently serving on the boards of Opportunity Knocks, the Central Oregon Employers Council (as Board President), SHRM Central Oregon, and City Club of Bend. His work is driven by a passion for helping leaders and organizations grow with purpose and clarity.
Strategic Partnerships Officer - Heather Martin
Heather Martin is the Small Business Relationship Manager at Washington Trust Bank where she loves helping entrepreneurs and local businesses grow and thrive. Specializing in business financing, cash flow solutions, and relationship banking, Heather takes pride in offering tailored financial advice and support to meet each client’s unique needs. When Heather is not in the office trying to make small business dreams come true, she enjoys spending time with her two small children, listening to live music, playing any sport and being anywhere outside.
Marketing Officer - Kendra Perkins
Kendra Perkins is a creative strategist and marketing professional with a deep passion for helping brands tell their stories in meaningful and impactful ways. She has spent over eight years working in DTC ecommerce within the outdoor industry, contributing to innovative brands like Hyperlite Mountain Gear, Outside, and Ombraz. Originally from Maine, Kendra has made Bend her home over the past four years, drawn in by its vibrant professional community and shared spirit of adventure.
