Brenda Speirs is the Queen Bee at Buzztag, a boutique corporate gift and brand merchandising agency with big-firm capabilities. Most days you’ll find her searching tirelessly for standout promotional products that tell her clients’ brand stories. Because to Brenda, it’s not just about slapping logos on stuff. It’s about how people feel when they receive a branded item. It’s about providing customers with a new favorite coffee mug that will hold their morning fuel or an unbelievably comfy hoodie that they wear around the house every single weekend. It’s about making people say “I love this.”
Driven marketing and public relations specialist with an analytical mind and 10+ years of experience in live events, Broadway and concerts. Success in selling events with audiences ranging from 40 to 40,000, using traditional and non-traditional mediums. Experience with both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Before joining Kollective in 2015, Amber worked at Getty Images in Seattle as the Contributor Services Supervisor overseeing the on-boarding and royalty payment processes for all content contributors. Before that, Amber worked as the Director of Administration for Republic Parking Northwest in Seattle. Prior to working in Seattle, Amber spent 4 years living and working in Paris, France as a senior technical writer for Alcatel-Lucent. She holds an MBA from Concordia University and a BA in English from Boston University.

Troy Ball is the brand manager for Cascadia Vehicle Tents (CVT). As a young Oregon native, Troy prides himself on his well-rounded proficiencies, as well as his passion for the outdoor industry. Using a combination of experience in design, marketing, sales, product management, and more, Troy loves being on the creative side of business with a focus on the brand's image and growth.

My experience ranges from marketing and communications management, product positioning, brand and identity development, copywriting, account strategy, business development and agency operations. Chris moved to Bend in Aug ' 15 as a partner with TMBR creative agency to start a satellite office and recently joined HYDAWAY as the marketing manager for a fun and growing water bottle startup.
