OK 24

This team of small business owners focuses on employee management, general business development and strategic planning. All members are owners with employees.

Kermit Yensen
Kermit Yensen

Retired executive with experiences across sales, marketing and general management (CEO), high tech and marketing services industries, three start-up companies and two Fortune 1000 companies, operating from the U.S. and Europe, with frequent travel to Asia. Also have done some sales and marketing consulting, and created and taught a class in the Portland State University graduate program on the use of market research to improve the process of innovation. I am currently active with two non-profits, in addition to my work with Opportunity Knocks.

Scott Lauray
Scott Lauray

Scott is a member of International Managerial Accountants, International Business Brokers Association and is currently a Certified Managerial Accountant candidate. He has experience in domestic, international, public and private companies in the manufacturing, medical, tech, retail, education, service and nonprofit sectors. At ProCFO, Scott serves in CFO roles, accounting, business acquisitions and consulting. He has also founded, been on boards of directors, invested in and been an advisor of a number of companies.

Alisha Wiater

Before becoming the owner of the Barre3-Bend-studio, Alisha Wiater was a regular client who took her first barre3 class in 2013. She was instantly drawn to the challenging workout and the warm community and truly committed to the Barre3 lifestyle—one of physical activity, nourishment of both body and mind, and connection to community. She took her background in social work and education and uses this along with the Barre3 franchise Mission and Core Values to nurture and grow the Bend studio and community.

Sean Fievet
Sean Fievet

Sean is the owner and founder of Cascade Crest Transitions. For the past 15 years, Sean worked in leadership positions in wilderness education and residential treatment programs. The past 10 years have been in Bend Oregon at a long-standing transition program for Young Adults. Sean served as the Executive Director for the past 4 years. When the decision was made to close the program, Sean decided to take advantage of the wealth of wisdom, knowledge and resources left in the wake to start his own program. He gathered some of the key staff people and founded Cascade Crest Transitions. It is his goal to continue to provide safe, effective and state-of-the-art treatment to young adults struggling with the transition to adulthood.

Bill Reinking
Bill Reinking

Bill is the founder of State Basketball Championship. He began his professional career as a federal bank examiner which focused on extensive analysis of bank loan and investment portfolios. In 1994, Bill successfully started a fantasy sports and technology company from scratch and grew the company to multi-million dollars in sales. In 2007, he sold his personal interest and was retained by buyers to manage the day-to-day business through 2010.

Michelle Alvarado
Michelle Alvarado

It’s rare that someone finds their passion at such a young age and follows it dogmatically, unwilling to be diverted by adolescent whims. But just like her images, Michelle stayed focused. She got accepted at the USC Cinema and eventually landed a job at National Geographic/Sony, Monterey Bay Aquarium, BBC, and became a media teacher. For over ten years, she’s owned Wahoo Films. Michelle’s genuine passion for her clients is evident in the videos she produces for them.

Derri Sandberg
Derri Sandberg

Derri Sandberg has worked in the eye care industry since 2000, and in Central Oregon since 2007. Prior to living in Bend, Derri lived and grew up in Fargo, North Dakota. She is an eye care provider and owner of Lifetime Vision Care and joined OK 24 team in 2013.

J.C. Nore
J.C. Nore

J.C. is the president of Connexion Printing Consultants. J.C. has been working in the visual communications field for fifteen years, managing corporate accounts for some of the largest printing companies in the nation. He has overseen printing projects for a wide spectrum of organizations – ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
