"Sales 101: The Psychology of Customer Motivation" "Are You There Customer? It's Me, Your Sales Rep."
Presented by: David Knuff, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of marketing at Oregon State University-Cascades Campus Prior to returning to WSU in pursuit of his Ph.D., David worked in the material handling industry. He held an account executive position with Crown Lift Trucks for four years, earning the salesperson of the year award the last two. Dr. Knuff's research is primarily consumer behavior oriented; specifically, in the areas of green consumerism, question and behavior phenomenon, WOM communications, and affective forecasting.

Presented by: Kevin Gorman, Owner of WebCyclery After graduating from Florida State University with a French degree, Kevin Gorman moved out to Bend with a plan to start an online bike shop. He started working on WebCyclery and opened its virtual doors in 1998. After a couple of years in the garage of his apartment, he opened a brick and mortar location at the Old Mill Market Place, and later added WebSkis (selling Nordic ski equipment) to the mix. After 12 years in business, WebCyclery/WebSkis local presence continues to grow.
